Workshop Overview
Heartbreak is awkward, messy, and deeply human.
Luckily, The Office is, too.This 4-week workshop uses scenes and character arcs from The Office to explore the realities of loss, longing, recovery, and starting again. Through a mix of humor, journal therapy, discussion, and group connection, participants will process heartbreak in all its forms—with compassion, community, and a little Dwight-level weirdness.

Loneliness doesn’t always look like isolation—it can show up in crowded rooms, busy lives, and quiet thoughts. This 4-week workshop uses humor, guided discussion, and carefully selected scenes from The Office to explore the very real experience of disconnection and how we can move toward more meaningful connections.
Each session features a short clip from the show as a jumping-off point for reflection and conversation, along with light journaling and shared discussion in a safe, judgment-free group setting.
No deep Office knowledge required—just a willingness to laugh, reflect, and explore the awkward, honest parts of being human.

A 6-Week Therapeutic Workshop for Those Navigating Life After Loss
Grief touches every part of who we are—emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, the loss of identity, or another significant change, your pain is real and valid.
At Bird Song Wellness Center, we created this 6-week workshop to be a safe, compassionate space where you can process your grief, connect with others who understand, and begin to move forward—without pressure or expectations.
This is not a space for “fixing” grief. It's a space for honoring it.
What You’ll Experience
Each weekly session blends supportive discussion, education, reflection, and gentle practices that meet you wherever you are in your journey. You’ll be invited—but never pressured—to share your experience.
Week 1: Understanding Grief
Explore the many faces of grief—how it shows up in your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships. Learn about common grief responses and what it means to grieve in your own time and way.Week 2: Telling Your Story
Share the story of your loss in a way that feels safe. Acknowledging your experience helps reduce isolation and supports healing.Week 3: Emotions Without Judgment
Guilt, anger, confusion, numbness, relief—grief is never a straight line. Learn to recognize and hold your emotions with compassion.Week 4: How Loss Changes Us
Reflect on how your loss has impacted your identity, routines, beliefs, and worldview. Explore what it means to integrate grief into your life.Week 5: Honoring What Was Lost
Create space to honor your loved one or what you’ve lost through guided reflection, rituals, or creative exercises.Week 6: Reclaiming Meaning

Writing Toward Connection is a 6-week journal therapy group designed to help you explore the deeper layers of friendship, connection, vulnerability, and belonging—through the healing power of writing and shared reflection.
What You’ll Experience:
Each week, we’ll meet in a small, supportive group to engage in:
Guided journal prompts to explore your relationship to friendship, trust, boundaries, and connection
Group discussion and reflection, led by a licensed therapist
Tools to better understand emotional barriers like fear of rejection, over-functioning, or people-pleasing

Practical steps toward building more honest, nourishing relationships in your life
